Description (partial)

Symptom:

Default queues of T3 channels are missing. Transient traffic (like ping) would fail to pass throughout the affected channel. If traffic forced to pass the affected interface, this may lead to line card crash, holding the following signature:

Conditions:

12000 router populated with sinhle chOC48 line card. Follow the steps:

[1] Enable dynamic provisioning on the chOC48,
[2] Create 16 OC3 channels 
[3] Remove the 16 channels
[4] Create 48 DS3 serial interfaces. Default queues of some or all the newly add 
    serial interfaces are missing. Verify this fact by executing the following command 
   at the affected line card:
  
  sh controller frfab queue
