Cisco Bug: CSCsg32541 - Route filter page- Cannot enter value into the input field for clauses

Symptom: On the route filter page, clause information section, if you select "==" from the first drop box, a text box is display for entering information, the field will not take any input because the maxlength is defined as 0. Conditions: Normal use.
