Symptom: When an agent uses the Reconnect button on geodcs cticlient control to reconnect to the original calling party after making an off-switch or on-switch consultative call using the Transfer control and the consulting party does not answer the call, the WrapUpData window does not pop up at the end of the original call. Conditions: NEC PIM only.
