Symptom:

OPC asserts when a caller is transferred to the IP-IVR by an un-monitored device.  A typical scenario is an attendant console transferring a caller to an ICM routing point and queuing the call  to an IP-IVR port.

Conditions:

This bug appears in System IPCC or System PG (Please refer to the Call Manager bug CSCsg12377 for more information).
