Description (partial)

Symptom:
Daily scheduler fails to purge any records from tbl_event_log when more than 1500 records.  Hence, the number of records in tbl_event_log table can grow non-stop, that could potentially cause problems.  

Conditions:
If we have high frequency of event log entries, or running CAR scheduler for a long time.  (For example, running loader at smallest interval of every 15 mins, so in 1 day we could already have 96 DailyCdrLoad job entries.)
