Description (partial)

When using dynamic Network Address Translation(NAT) with
"reversible" keyword, new NAT entries can not be created.

 - It occurs when using "reversible" keyword.

 - A new NAT entry is not suddenly created. The existing
entries which have already been created, are not affected.

 - It may occur after a number of NAT entries are created
by traffic flow which goes through from outside to inside.

 - When this problem occurs, the "misses" counter increase
    in "show ip nat statistics".

 - You can observe that the following debug message is output
when using "debug ip nat detailed"

"NAT: failed to allocate address for XX.XX.XX.XX"

 - The NAT entry does not depend on TCP/UDP.

 - It does not depend on a type of interface and platform.
