Description (partial)

Symptom:
Seen alarms on new system "\Wrong IP, Path\"
When building internal IP
ROUTE map, we use local byte order(in this case, Opteron) as key, but
when receiving route setup response, we get these values in network
order and use them as key. The result is that we can not find ip route
using the key and error message generated.
